Just so you know, we didn’t fall off an aircraft wing on the flight line and decide we were going to fire up a coffee roasting company...

Our Coffee Roaster, Tim Kooistra, a USAF veteran of 8 years, husband, father of three and grandfather of one, so far.

Tim has over 25 years in the coffee business. His experience extends from coffee retail, to coffee importer, to coffee roaster. His coffee retail experience started from a single coffee shop operation to multi-unit operations. As a specialty coffee importer Tim’s specialty is Certified Organic and Fair-Trade coffees. He has sourced some of the finest coffees available. He has traveled extensively throughout Central and South America, working with coffee producers and helping them to improve their coffee quality.  In turn improving their lives, as well as producing you an amazing cup of coffee.

As a Roaster Tim has owned and operated a very successful coffee roasting company in the Pacific Northwest for over 15 years.  Air Warrior Coffee Company is the direct result of the years of experience in the specialty coffee industry and a heartfelt desire to give back to the men and women that serve and have served this Great Nation.

What you can expect from Air Warrior Coffee Company is the very finest specialty coffees available. Roasted fresh just for you and delivered to you as quickly and fresh as possible, just the way you like it.

Our Partner-  Kevin Reagan

Kevin is a father of a son and daughter, 4 grandchildren and married to his bride of 37years.  Tim and Kevin were assigned to the same USAF unit at Ellsworth AFB back in 1982.  Tim Kooistra played a big part in the meeting of Kevin and his bride, Kimberly. This would be a lasting brotherhood that continues to this day.

Kevin is a retired Air Force Veteran of 21+ years.  He has a well-rounded career starting in SAC (Strategic Air Command), 28^th OMS at Ellsworth AFB, SD and ended with ACC (Air Combat Command) 37th Bomb Squadron at Ellsworth AFB.  During the beginning of his career, he was assigned as Crew Chief and Phase Technician on the B-52H bomber, up until the transition of the new and complex B-1B bomber that was brought into our nations inventory.  He was selected as Crew Chief and Phase technician, and later ending his career as a technical training instructor for both B-52 and B-1B bomber maintenance. 

Kevin brings to the Air Warrior Coffee Company, years of organizational management skills and retail sales experience, as well as a drive to improve processes to make them run more efficiently.  He wants our customers to know that in making our product, they come first. He wants to get them the product quickly, and without compromising quality.

He is excited to be a part of this venture with Air Warrior Coffee Company and has no doubt you’ll experience quality and perfection in every cup of premium coffee blends we make.  He knows the passion that goes into every roast,  the love for the bean and the people from which it comes from.  Thank you for your patronage and enjoy our product.
